Once your order is ready for pickup, an email will be sent to the customer's registered recipient address with all necessary information.
If we have not shipped your order yet, you can send us an email via the contact form or marketing@hunkeler.ch. If the order is already on its way, it must be sent back. Unfortunately we can not take back used items.
For domestic (CH) deliveries, 7.7% VAT is always due. These are already included in the displayed prices.
No, there is no minimum order value in our online store. We also do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge.
Products that have not been used can be returned within a period of 2 weeks. The costs for the return are to be paid by the customer.
The shipping cost will be calculated and communicated individually after the order is received. Since we ship all over the world and do not have a fixed supplier, prices can vary a lot. If a specific supplier is desired, it can be mentioned in the comments.
We try to process and ship the orders as soon as possible. Usually within a few days. In case of a delay we inform the customer.
